Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Cosmo's. We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available on it (the "Service"), to you on the condition that you accept these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with the policies linked from them. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Our store is hosted on Shopify. Our products are printed and shipped by our fulfilment partner, Printful. SECTION 1 - USING OUR STORE By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18, or that you are using the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You may not use our products or the site for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, or break any laws in your country (including copyright laws) when using the Service. You must not upload or transmit any viruses or code of a destructive nature. If you break these Terms, we may stop you using the Service. SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS We may refuse service to anyone for a legitimate reason. Card details are always encrypted when they're sent. Other information you send us may pass across various networks. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or resell any part of the Service, or any of our designs, drawings or content, without our written permission. All drawings, designs and the Cosmo's name and signature belong to us. The headings in these Terms are for convenience only and don't affect their meaning. SECTION 3 - ACCURACY OF INFORMATION We try to keep everything on the site accurate and up to date, but we may make changes to the site at any time. SECTION 4 - CHANGES TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES Our prices may change from time to time. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. We may change or discontinue the Service, or any product, at any time. SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS Our products are printed to order and sold online only. We may limit the quantity of any product sold to any person, household or region, and we may discontinue any product at any time. Our products are made to be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If something is wrong with your order, contact us and we'll put it right in line with your legal rights. SECTION 6 - ORDERS AND BILLING We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there's an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we do, we'll let you know using the contact details you gave us and refund any payment in full. We may also limit or refuse orders that appear to be placed by resellers.
