Refund policy

Every Cosmo's tee is printed when you order it. We want you to love it, and if you don't, here's how it works.

Changing your mind
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Email hello@cosmosldn.com within those 14 days to let us know, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us.

Please send it back unworn and unwashed. You can try it on, as you would in a shop. If an item comes back worn, washed or damaged, we may reduce your refund to reflect that.

You pay the return postage for change-of-mind returns. We recommend a tracked service, because we can't refund items that don't reach us.

Faulty, misprinted or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or faulty, or we've sent the wrong one, email hello@cosmosldn.com within 30 days of receiving it, with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send you a replacement or give you a full refund, including postage, and you won't need to pay to send anything back. This doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get a different size or colour is to return the item for a refund and place a new order.

How to return
1. Email hello@cosmosldn.com with your order number and what you're returning.
2. We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Please don't send anything back without contacting us first, so we can match it to your order.

Refunds
We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving your return, or of you showing us proof that you've sent it back, whichever is sooner. Refunds go back to your original payment method. For a full cancellation within 14 days, we'll also refund the standard delivery cost you paid. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Gift cards
Gift cards can't be refunded or exchanged for cash.
